FITkidz Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions apply to all our FITkidz Academy Programmes, Holiday Camps, Afterschool classes and any additional products and/or services offered by FITkidz Academy.
Each Student's place is allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis, each class has a limit of 15 children.
Fees must be paid on or before the first day of term through our online booking checkout system. Parents who would like to pay cash or direct bank transfer, please request this option. Cash payments must be handed to the Principal teacher in a sealed, clearly labelled envelope with child's full name. If instalment payments are not paid by the due date, FITkidz reserves the right to refuse children entry to classes.
Fees for FITkidz Classes may vary on a term to term basis depending on the number of weeks in the term.
Once parents have signed up to any of our FITkidz Classes, Term Dates for the next Term along with term costs will be made known to Parents by email at the end of the current Term.
A student will automatically re-enrolled onto the Course for the following Term, Unless FITkidz is otherwise notified. We ask for notice of leaving 4 weeks prior to the end of term by email or in writing.
Payment is due for the next Term of Classes before the start date of the new Term.
FITkidz will not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes although FITkidz and its group companies may use personal data for their own marketing and business development purposes, including for the purposes of advertising and promoting new products and/or services by FITkidz and/or its group companies.
FITkidz will from time to time take photographs and video footage of children during Classes, Workshops and Holiday Camps for use in FITkidz marketing and publicity material. FITkidz will not make such photographs or film footage available of any Student who objects or whose Parent objects.
FITkidz owns all the rights, title and interest in and to its websites, including software, text and media and its trade marks, logos and brand elements. Any intellectual property created during any Course, Workshop or Holiday Camp is owned by FITkidz.
All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to FITkidz immediately in writing.
Students with medical conditions should give medications to their teachers in case of an emergency. Please clearly label all medication with your child's name and instructions.
If you are unsure whether a child should participate in any activity please consult the Student's GP before signing up to a course of classes.
Children must wear suitable footwear and clothing at all times. FITkidz uniform is compulsory at The Academy classes only, Children must be in full FITkidz uniform within 4 weeks of their joining date. Uniform can be purchased from our online SHOP.
We advise that children do not bring valuables to classes as FITkidz cannot be held responsible for them. If mobile phones must be brought in they are to be kept in bags and on silent for the duration of the session.
If a Child is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the Parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided on our booking form.
Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on FITkidz's records are up to date.
In the event that a Student is unable to attend a FITkidz session, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the Parent or Child not to attend FITkidz regrets that it is unable to refund any payment.
FITkidz cannot be held responsible for classes cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control - i.e. weather, fire etc. Such cancellations will not be compensated.
Staffing may occasionally be changed at our discretion.
Parents are requested to leave the classrooms for the duration of the classes, this is due to child protection. There are other rooms within the building where parents are able to wait.
