Chloe Young – BSc (Honours) Nutrition & Dietetics
Chloe is a self-employed dietitian working in Inverness with HCPC registration and BDA membership. Chloe sees clients in private practice, providing both children's & adults services. She also works part-time in youth work and at a sports centre. Chloe is a member of the BDA Sports Nutrition group and has interests in eating disorders, weight management, and paediatrics. Chloe is delighted be working with FITkidz and educating children to lead a happy, healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Sara Pearson – HND Complementary Therapies, CNHC Registered & Insured. CThA Registered.
Sara is a Complementary Therapist based in Inverness and The Black Isle, offering treatments to clients in their own homes. Prior to training as a Complementary Therapist, she had various roles within the childcare sector from assisting at Nurseries and After School Clubs to offering respite care on a 1-1 basis for children with additional support needs. Sara has been keen to use her new skills to help children, which she now does as part of the Children's Reflexology class that she teaches to parents about how to use reflexology in times of illness and distress. Sara is particularly interested in teaching children the tools to improve their own mental health and wellbeing and is extremely grateful to be working with FITkidz!

All members of the team hold fully recognised qualifications alongside PVG and insurance certificates.
