Maslow's theory suggests that the most basic level of needs must be met before the individual will strongly desire (or focus motivation upon) the secondary or higher level needs.

To maintain the theory that began with Maslow we must show our local community that the aim of FITkidz is to live our lives as healthy and as full as we can, this will raise self-esteem, friendships and self-actualization.
 
 

Here’s what to expect from one of our Well Being classes…

 
FITkidz Wellbeing - Classes are CREATIVE - IMAGINATIVE - INSPIRING - FUN

Wellbeing classes will include a mixture of activities to stimulate your child socially, emotionally and cognitively, in turn boosting their self esteem and confidence through creativity and role play. Each class will carefully be structured to cover your child's individual needs. children will learn about their emotions, expressing themselves through fun drama based workshops. Our wellbeing course of classes combine a mixture of FITkidz Posture, Balance & Flexibility, mindfulness, resilient kidz and healthy living. Our unique mindfulness stations teach how to be in the here and now and how to focus attention with kindness and curiosity. Classes are packed with lots of fun and variety leaving the children feeling uplifted and energised.
